More artwork updates

General updates with more art courtesy of Daniel (https://payhip.com/INDIEGAMEASSETS). The game is now much easier and starting to solidify stylistically. At this point 4 of the 5 planned "bonus" phases are working. Next steps are to complete the "black jack battle" and add in more polish (menu, achievements, sound, etc).
